We recommend a minimum letter height of approximately 10 cm for the best results. As our Neon Signs are handmade from PVC with built-in LED lighting, smaller letters may be less precise. Therefore, we produce our neon signs from approximately 50 cm wide.

Once your Neon Sign has been produced and shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to easily track your package.

For deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg, no additional import duties or VAT charges are normally applied upon delivery. For other countries, import costs are usually also not applied, although they may be in some cases. If this occurs, the costs typically range between 10 and 30 USD.

Our Neon Signs are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes with extra protective corners. The lighting itself is protected with bubble wrap, and all accessories, such as mounting materials, adapters, dimmers, and controllers, are packed separately and securely.

Personalized and custom-made Neon Signs unfortunately cannot be returned for a refund.

Before production starts, you will always receive a graphical 3D design based on your wishes. Once this design has been approved by you, production will definitively commence.
