Production time Each neon sign is made to order. The standard production time is 7–14 working days after confirmation of your order and receipt of payment.
Shipping method and delivery time Orders are shipped via a tracked courier service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email. The estimated delivery time after dispatch is:
- Belgium and the Netherlands: 1–3 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 working days
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Customs and import duties No customs charges apply to deliveries within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be levied by the customs authorities of the destination country. These costs are payable by the recipient.
Delivery issues If you are unable to receive your parcel or it has arrived damaged, please contact us at info@neontheway.been and we will resolve the issue for you.
