Returns Policy

A consumer may cancel an online purchase within 14 days after purchase without giving any reason.

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. These products are custom-made to your specifications, making them unsuitable for resale.

Defects and damage:
If your neon sign arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Cancellations

We understand your excitement for your unique neon sign, and we share that enthusiasm! Every neon sign we create is a custom work of art, designed precisely to your specifications. As soon as you place your order, our skilled artisans immediately begin bringing your personalized design to life.

Due to the custom nature of each neon sign, we unfortunately cannot accept cancellations after the order has been placed. The production process begins immediately, and the materials are reserved and processed specifically for your design.

Warranty:
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our neon signs. If you experience any issues within this period, please contact us.

The warranty on products applies only to defects caused by defective workmanship or construction or defective materials.

The warranty does not apply:
- in case of normal wear and tear
- for damage caused by accidents
- for damage caused by changes made to the product
- for damage caused by negligence or improper use by the Customer
- when the cause of the defect cannot be clearly determined
