1. Delivery time: Your unique neon artwork will be carefully crafted in approximately 2 to 4 weeks. As soon as your luminous creation is ready, we'll ship it out, and you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. How quickly it arrives depends on your location.

2. Shipping costs: Good news for the Netherlands: if your order is over €100, we ship for free! If you live abroad, there may be additional costs, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping methods: We partner with top-tier delivery companies who know how to handle valuable freight. This ensures your neon sign arrives safely and on time.
